1. Applicability

  1. You (“User”) are not under any legal obligation to submit personal data to the Company. If you choose not to, the Company may be unable to provide some or all of the Services.

  2. Personal information is processed solely for the purpose for which it was collected. If the Company seeks to introduce additional purposes or collect additional personal data, it will obtain the User’s prior consent; if consent is not granted, the Company may be unable to provide certain Services.

  3. This Policy may change from time to time; material changes affecting previously collected data will be notified in advance via email or the Services, and consent will be sought where required by applicable law.

2. Personal Data Collected

2.1 Provided voluntarily

  • Contact and account information submitted through login, contact, or demo-request forms (name, email, phone).

  • Registration data for platform Accounts: address, country of residence, company/industry (Customers); demographic, education, and experience data (Contributors).

  • Materials and User Content: Customer-submitted content for processing, and Contributor-submitted Task outputs and support communications.

  • Payment data: billing details, and, for Contributors, tax identifiers and payout account information.

2.2 Identity & skills verification

  • Where a Contributor accesses Tasks requiring it, the Company and its verification providers may collect images, video, or audio (including selfies and government-ID scans) to verify identity and skills and reduce fraud; this data may be biometric or sensitive data in some jurisdictions. It is not sold, leased, or traded, and is retained only as long as necessary or as required by law.

2.3 Collected automatically

  • Identifiers and information in cookies; content viewed or searched for; page interaction data; IP address and ISP information; device, browser, operating system, and time-zone information.

2.4 From third parties

  • Social-login providers, business-partner administrators who provision Accounts, and payment processors providing required tax documentation.

3. Use of Personal Data

  1. Operating, providing, and improving the Services, including contacting and communicating with Users about the Services.

  2. Matching Contributors to Tasks/Projects, and evidencing identity verification to Customers.

  3. Identifying interests and recommending relevant offers; marketing and promoting the Services.

  4. Providing assistance, notifications, and support; fulfilling requests; meeting contractual or legal obligations.

  5. Protecting Users’ security, e.g., preventing and detecting fraud.

  6. Processing payments and required tax reporting.

  7. Internal purposes: troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, and statistics.

  8. Except as provided in this Policy, the Company does not use personal data for other purposes without the User’s prior consent.

4. Cookies and Third-Party Services

  1. The Company may use cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Services. Most browsers accept cookies by default; declining or deleting them may affect how parts of the Services work.

  2. This Policy does not cover third-party products, services, or content linked from the Services, or third parties’ own cookie practices.

  3. The Company may use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) — see the relevant provider’s own privacy documentation for how it processes data.

  4. Where used, tracking pixels from advertising partners may collect or receive information from the Services and elsewhere on the internet to provide measurement services and targeted ads; Users can opt out of ad targeting through the relevant provider’s controls.

5. Sharing Personal Data

  1. The Company may retain or disclose personal data to: comply with applicable law or regulation; comply with a court order, subpoena, or legal process; respond to a lawful request from a government or law-enforcement authority; engage third-party service providers or subcontractors supporting business operations; or disclose/transfer data in connection with an acquisition, merger, sale of a business unit or assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.

  2. With Customers, to match Contributors to opportunities or evidence identity verification — e.g., name, location, experience, skills, and Task-related User Content.

  3. Where the Company shares data with third parties as above, it makes reasonable efforts to require them to use it only in accordance with this Policy and for no other purpose.

  4. The Company does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

6. Advertisement & Direct Marketing

  1. The Company may send advertisements as defined under the Israeli Communications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasting), 1982, and direct marketing as defined under Section 17 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981.

  2. Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting the Company to be removed from its marketing list.

7. Security

The Company has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No data security measure can guarantee 100% security.

8. International Storage & Transfers

Personal data may be transferred to, processed, and stored outside a User’s jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those in the User’s home jurisdiction. By using the Services, the User consents to this transfer, processing, and storage.

9. User Rights Under Israeli Law

Subject to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and its implementing regulations, a User has the right to:

  1. Review the personal data the Company processes about them.

  2. Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.

  3. Request deletion of personal data used for direct marketing.

  4. Request data portability, subject to applicable legal requirements.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Company does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under 18. The Services are not directed at children under 18. If the Company learns it has collected personal data from a child under 18 without parental or guardian consent, it will delete that data as quickly as possible.
